Analisis kondisi fisik atlet karate

چکیده
Kondisi fisik mempengaruhi atlet pada saat latihan maupun pertandingan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian berikut ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi dari atlet-atlet karate Inkanas Dojo Yondan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ialah kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrument yan digunakan 6 item tes, yaitu Push up 60 detik, Lari sprint 30m, shuttle run, standing board jump, MFT, dan V-sit and reach test. Sampel Karate Tengah yang berjumlah 10 orang. menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 8 (80%) dalam kategori kurang sekali, 0 (0%) kurang, 2 (20%) cukup, baik, baik sekali. Dari data diatas, frekuensi terbanyak adalah (80%). Hingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan dijadikan acuan sebagai pembuatan program sesuai terfokus unsur-unsur cabang olahraga karate.
